Check if your unit
is involved

You
will need to refer to your dispenser's Brand,
Model and S/N (serial number) to determine if
it is involved in the Recall to Repair Program.
This site will guide you to the information you
need.
Look under the sink for the silver specification
label that's mounted below the access cover on
the dispenser under the sink. You may need a flashlight
to read the information. Write down the Model
and S/N (serial number) that appear on the specification
label. Note the Brand designation as well.

If you own more than one unit that is affected
by the recall, please
follow steps 1 through 4 for each additional unit.
